We manufacture and stock a huge range of cello bags, also known as PP and CPP bags.  Cello bags or cellophane bags as they used to be known and are still called in some instances, are made from a film substrate know as polyprop.  Polyprop comes in two main forms which are OPP (Orientated Polyprop and CPP Cast Polyprop).  We also now can make these type bags from PLA (Poly Latic Acid) which is a 100% Biodegradable & Compostable film.

OPP is typically used for Greetings card packaging and bags but Cast Polyprop can also be used for the same products.  OPP just gives you a sharper, neater edge to the bag than that of CPP but is a bit more brittle and only available in two gauges 30mu & 40mu

We hold a very large stock range of different sizes of PP bags for most common sizes of greetings cards and also stock a number of sizes which are commonly used for shirt bags, t-shirt bags and retail type display packaging, with and without child safety warning notices.  These are listed on the right

We can custom make pp bags to any size and vitually qty.  They can be supplied plain or printed up to 8 colours and we can incorporate extras, like; Self Seal lips (perm or reseal), grip seal closures, perforated lines, punched holes, air holes, micro-perfs, internal captive flap, external captive flap, lateral seal, interupted seals, headers, rein-forced headers, Euroslots and we can even weld hooks, hangers and clip close handles on to our bags

Poly Postal Packagings polypropylene bags can be produced in special grades including anti-mist and special low temperature films that stop the bags splitting or shattering when stored in very low temperatures

Metalised Polypropylene

Popular with magazine publishers and direct mail companies, this bag has a “silver foil” finish and can be made with a resealable or permanent lip.  We keep some sizes in stock which are made in 70mu!
